Our pillars
Race and ethnicity
Race and ethnicity at Knight Frank
Race and ethnicity inclusivity acknowledges and values the diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds of individuals within our company.
Addressing race and ethnicity is crucial to create an inclusive workplace where employees of different backgrounds are valued and respected. Fostering diversity in this area helps harness unique perspectives and experiences, leading to better decision-making and increased innovation.
As a truly global business, we want to ensure our firm reflects the diverse cultures and societies in which we live and work. We know we have work to do to make this a reality and now have a comprehensive plan and measurable ambition to do so. My role is to drive us towards that ambition by spotlighting and amplifying the incredible stories and achievements of our teams, attracting further brilliant people to join us. I am lucky to be working with diverse colleagues across our business and together we are driving the change needed.
