Our aim is to advocate for sexual orientation and gender identity inclusion in the business to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic selves. We want to make sure that all voices are heard at all levels of the business.
Key objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop a mentorship program that supports LGBTQ+ employees across all company levels
- Enhance awareness of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ employees within our team
- Organise networking events and outreach programs specifically tailored to LGBTQ+ professionals in the property industry
- Advocate on behalf of our LGBTQ+ staff to ensure their voices are heard within the business
