Our structure, entities and members
Headquartered in London, UK, Knight Frank is the business name for a global leading independent real estate consultancy offering professional, commercial and residential property services. Carried out by Knight Frank LLP, its subsidiaries (direct or otherwise), its affiliates and any other entity or practice carrying on business under or including the name Knight Frank or in association with Knight Frank LLP.
Knight Frank LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC305934. Our registered office is at 55 Baker Street, London W1U 8AN.
‘The Knight Frank global network’ comprises Knight Frank LLP, and its associated, licensed and other affiliated entities in over 50 markets.
Each entity or practice in the Knight Frank global network is a distinct and separate legal entity. Their ownership and management is distinct from that of any other entity or practice whether operating under the name Knight Frank or otherwise.
The Knight Frank global network can use the Knight Frank name and resources of the network. Member firms agree to abide by certain common policies to maintain the standards of Knight Frank.

Our Group Executive Board oversees the Knight Frank global network, overarching strategy and hold the global network to account for their performance to ensure we provide a global service that's locally expert and globally informed. The Group Executive Board is the ultimate decision-making body and act on behalf of the members.
The Knight Frank global network is made up of 600+ offices, over 50 markets and 21,500+ people.
