As UK Managing Partner, Stephen is responsible for the UK region, managing the strategic direction, governance and performance of the business. In addition to overseeing Knight Frank’s 71 UK offices, Stephen focuses on market-facing transactional business and providing strategic advice to clients. He is Chair of the UK Board and UK Strategy Board, and member of the main Group Executive Board and Global Strategy Board.
For the past 7 years Stephen has headed the Commercial Business at Knight Frank, chairing the Commercial Board and as a member of the Group Executive Board.
The UK teams provide the full range of Residential and Commercial real estate services through broad expertise, deep knowledge and a holistic approach. Knight Frank’s exceptional people build opportunity for our clients.
Stephen continues to personally spearhead key mandates and transactions in London totalling c. £1bn over the past 5 years. During his tenure in Capital Markets, he handled transactions totalling in excess of £13bn.
Stephen is a passionate champion of career development and supporting emerging talent, as well as the entrepreneurialism and innovation this fosters. He established KFX, a series of development boards focusing on strategic initiatives to future-proof Knight Frank, take the business forward in data and technology and make a positive impact within local communities, while promoting collaboration and developing future leaders. Stephen is also a major advocate for representation and driving change across real estate, as Exec Sponsor for Gender at Knight Frank.
