Our pillars

Gender

Gender at Knight Frank

Gender diversity recognises and respects the varying experiences, perspectives, and contributions of individuals across gender, while accounting for the intersectional layers of gender like race, ability, socio-economic background, LGBTQ+ and our multiple generations.

We know gender diversity is vital for a balanced workforce and to ensure all employees have equal opportunities. It's important to address this pillar to break down gender-based stereotypes and promote a more equitable work environment, where men, women and non-binary people have the same access to career advancement and leadership opportunities.

Achieving gender diversity in the workplace requires a focus on all levels of the business. This includes initiatives to increase the representation of women at entry-level positions and their progression to leadership roles. Succession planning and creating a diverse talent pipeline are encouraged to ensure representation can be achieved at all levels.

Contact the team
Property is a people business, and ensuring we reflect the societies in which we live and work has never been more vital. At Knight Frank, we are deeply committed to making our firm truly inclusive, but we know we have work to do. Ultimately, it is our opportunity to acknowledge, celebrate and thank the inspirational women who do brilliant things in our business and our industry every single day. I am fortunate to work with many fantastic women, and it is a privilege I will never take for granted.
