Rosa Uriol, MRICS, joined Knight Frank in 2013, after her experience as Project Manager in construction companies. Rosa specialises in feasibility studies, advisory in business plans and valuation of single real estate assets as well as large portfolios. She has managed projects with renown clients such as BBVA, Mapfre and Metrovacesa. Rosa took part in all the phases of Octopus project, for Lone Star and JP Morgan.
