Describe the area

An elegantly designed mixed-use neighbourhood in the heart of Dubai, comprised of 34 low-rise buildings, City Walk is already one of Dubai’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

Why is the area up and coming?

Central Park at City Walk – a development set to focus on tranquil park living – looks to build on this vibrant core, offering residents a healthier and more active lifestyle. The area is set to be the perfect coupling of natural calm and urban energy.

My favourite bits

City Walk’s European-style high street retail offer is unique in the region and with over 300 indoor and outdoor retail outlets plus plenty of entertainment and dining options, it is the perfect place to live, work and play. My current favourite is the Peruvian restaurant Lima. The food is great and it is also just a short stroll away from Dubai’s newest and coolest Jazz Club, The Green Room.

Who’s buying?

Buyers in City Walk have tended to be owner-occupiers, primarily from Europe and the Middle East. The wide range of properties on offer at Central Park at City Walk, and their varied price points, are expected to attract an even more diverse mix of buyers, both end users and investors.

What will my money buy me?

Prices start form Dh1.4 million for a one-bedroom apartment. Budget up to Dh5.9 million for four bedrooms, with views of the Burj Khalifa.
