Papamoa, or Papamoa Beach, is located about 11km from Tauranga city and bordered on the west side by the iconic Mt Maunganui. The eponymous beach consists of a pristine 16km stretch of white sand.

Why is it primed for growth?

The city of Tauranga has experienced exponential growth over the past decade with the popularity of its beachside suburbs increasing too. Tauranga forms part of the “Golden Triangle”, along with Auckland and Hamilton, to which it is closely connected. The recent completion of a highway to the south will aid further development in the area.
