Why is it primed for growth?
Older properties on the estate built in the 1990s or early 2000s now present buyers with the opportunity to build a contemporary villa in a prime location. Offering excellent broadband and located less than an hour from Málaga Airport, La Zagaleta has all the hallmarks of a semi-permanent base from which to work.

A 15-minute drive past the town of Ojén will see you walking through pine forests and olive groves before enjoying a 180-degree view of the coast to Gibraltar, while a breathtaking one-hour drive inland will put you in the heart of the historic town of Ronda.

An older-style Andalucian villa on a prime plot sells for between €2 million and €6 million while a 2,000 sq m new contemporary-style villa sells for upwards of €15 million.
