Samantha Freeman

Samantha joined Knight Frank in 2001 and specialises in hotels and hospitality, jointly heading up the national team. She focuses on the hotel and resort development sector, complex and mixed-use going concern assets, together with mortgage valuation, rent determinations and expert witness roles within the broader hotel, gaming and leisure sector. Specialising in this sector for over 20 years, Samantha’s experience and expertise extend from pubs and gaming venues, through to casinos and integrated resorts, tourist attractions, major hotels and their development. While Samantha is based in Melbourne, the Hotels & Hospitality team she leads extends nationally, with senior operatives in key locations, providing in-market depth of experience and knowledge.
