Ryan leads on insight for Knight Frank’s Global Healthcare platform, based in London, where he supports the firm’s transactional, valuation and consultancy teams through market research, data analysis and strategic insight across the UK healthcare real estate sector.
Ryan specialises in healthcare property markets, with expertise spanning elderly care, adult care, primary care and private hospitals, alongside specialist sectors including CAMHS, SEN and nurseries. His work covers capital markets, development viability, operational performance and market trends, providing clients with robust evidence and actionable intelligence to support investment and business decisions.
He works closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including healthcare operators, investors, lenders, developers and internal advisory teams. By combining detailed sector knowledge with data-driven analysis, Ryan helps clients understand market dynamics, assess opportunities, manage risk and identify drivers of value across healthcare real estate.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Ryan worked within Aegon Asset Management’s Global Real Assets Equity team, where he focused on fund performance, senior debt analysis, market reporting and impact investing. This experience provides him with a strong understanding of both operational and investment perspectives, enabling him to deliver commercially relevant insights that support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
