Greg McAlpine

Greg has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and for the majority of this time he has been involved in the leasing of commercial office space in the Perth CBD. Greg commenced his commercial real estate career with Sallmans International in 1990 and then joined CB Richard Ellis in 1992, where he was promoted to Associate Director, Office Leasing. In March 1999 Greg joined Knight Frank as Director, Office Leasing, bringing a wealth of Perth CBD leasing experience. In 2003, Greg was promoted to National Director of Office Leasing. Greg has been instrumental in pre-leasing a number of major office developments in both the CBD and suburbs. Greg’s high degree of enthusiasm, energy and expertise in sourcing, qualifying and negotiating leases has been acknowledged with his receiving of Knight Frank’s national “Golden Oar Award” on numerous occasions. Career highlights include leasing 100 St Georges terrace, Perth (32,000sqm), Tax Office Cannington (17,000sqm) and Fortescue Centre, East Perth (11,000sqm).
