Charles has worked in the Logistics & Industrial market since 1990 over which time he has established an enviable track record, working on major developments across the country, including Magna Park, Lutterworth and Central Park, Bristol, as well as a number of large acquisition projects for ASOS, Morrisons, Screwfix/B&Q, MH Star, Harper Collins and Caterpillar, in the UK & abroad.
In 2003, after 16 years at Fuller Peiser, Charles set up C2G Property Solutions Ltd, a niche practice focusing on the large box logistics market, which was acquired by Knight Frank in 2006.
Charles is one of the most active agents in the UK market, supporting our regional teams, as well as acting for a number of retained occupier clients.
In addition, Charles has extensive development experience across the UK and is currently involved in projects for GLP, British Land, Cain/Blackbrook, Harworth Group, Equation/BGO, Firethorn, Panattoni, EQT, and Barjane.
