Aqib joined Knight Frank Capital Advisory as an Analyst in 2022 following a background primarily focused in residential-led development. He had previously been involved in land acquisition and assembly, detailed development underwrites, debt and equity sourcing as well as strategy advisory for HNWs.
At Knight Frank, he now focuses on capital advisory across the full spectrum of real estate sectors having so far worked on mandates within BTR, PBSA, BTS, Office and Retail. Prior to starting his career, Aqib graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in Management.
