Why is it primed for growth?
The quarter is filled with a mix of classic Haussman-style stone buildings and more recent construction with rooftop terraces and large balconies. With demand growing for green spaces and wellness, the 16th is attracting young and old.

Recent additions such as La Grande Epicerie, the high-end food hall attached to venerable department store Bon Marché, and the Philippe Starck-designed Brach Hotel.
