Golden passports and golden visas - do we have a more mobile future as countries try to attract talent and wealth?

With Ultra-high-net-worth-individuals increasingly on the move and competition from governments to attract both them and their tax revenue we speak to leading migration expert Kristin Surak to understand the implications for real estate.

Kristin discusses how attitudes towards these types of schemes are changing, especially throughout Europe as Governments reconfigure their requirements.

Kristin expects a shift in government requirements towards investing in the local economy outside of solely investing in real estate.

They also take a look at a scheme that is gaining popularity across the world, digital nomad schemes, and the impacts on residential rental prices as well as office markets looking to attract flexible workers.
