I’ve always been fascinated by property as, unlike many other asset classes, it’s very tangible – you need only to step outside to see the vast array of different buildings on offer. The real estate industry is always changing and no two clients are ever quite the same, so you’re continuously facing new challenges and learning to adapt.

After studying real estate at university, I applied to Knight Frank’s UAE graduate scheme, attracted to the breadth of experience its three rotations offers. From the moment I joined the firm, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and have already enjoyed extensive training and support that is reflected in my APC. With many senior members having started as graduates themselves, there’s a real understanding of your position and how you could progress.
