Yong is a Partner and Certified Practising Valuer having joined Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory Victoria in 2007 after winning the Knight Frank Scholarship program. His valuations experience is broad based and covers all sectors of the property market including suburban and CBD commercial office, major industrial, englobo land, major residential development, childcare centres, student accommodation, CBD and suburban retail. Yong specialises in project feasibility including residential development (built form and land subdivision), purpose built student accommodation and industrial development.
