Toh Sing Yee

Sing Yee commenced her tenure at Knight Frank in 2012 in the role of Valuation Executive. During her time there, she has engaged in diverse valuation projects encompassing significant commercial portfolios like hotels, hospitals, and shopping malls, as well as purpose-built industrial facilities, residential properties, industrial and commercial land parcels, mixed development sites, and agricultural lands within the Johor region. These valuations served various purposes, including submissions to the Securities Commission of Malaysia. Additionally, she contributed partially to property market analysis and feasibility studies.
