Simon has approaching 30 years of experience in the London office market specialising in strategically advising owners/investors of Central London offices on how to maximise value around rent reviews, lease restructures and lease renewals. He has advised on many of London’s best known London landmark schemes and Estates. To ensure clients receive holistic advice on their assets, Simon regularly works very closely with his colleagues in the London Leasing and London Capital Markets teams. He also acts as an expert witness on value in the High Court and Arbitration hearings.
In addition to his client focussed role, Simon is now also responsible for Knight Frank’s Consultancy sub-division, comprising of the Lease Advisory, Project & Building Consultancy, Business Rates, Energy, Sustainability & Natural Resources and Restructuring & Recovery teams.
