Richard is a Partner within the North West Valuation & Advisory Team and has been exclusively involved in property valuation within the North West Market since 1999. He provides advice on a wide range of property types including offices, retail and industrial, and provides advice on loan security, accounts valuations, expert witness work, negligence claims and most recently Section 18 Dilapidations valuations.
