Raluca joined Knight Frank commercial graduate scheme in May 2018 and qualified in November 2019. She has worked primarily in the Central London Property Management team, Raluca has gained experience in the day-to-day management of multi-let office buildings, service charge management, design for management, tenants applications, major projects, phased planned preventative maintenance and overall management of the landlord/tenant relationship.
As part of the mobilisation and design for management, Raluca was responsible for collating and administering of extensive service charge and estate management budgets for large assets, such as Paddington Square and 31 St James Square.
