Paul has over 20 years’ experience in property valuations and consultancy advice, specialising in a wide variety of property types with particular emphasis on residential and rural properties as well as commercial, retail and industrial premises.
Paul has also been involved in the valuation of numerous large rural properties for compulsory acquisition purposes in relation to the Taralga Wind Farm Project.
Valuation reports are often prepared for court related matters with numerous valuations being prepared for local and interstate Solicitors for Family Law purposes and Paul has experience acting as an Expert Witness.
In addition, Paul specialises in Unit Entitlement reporting for industrial, residential and commercial property classes.
Paul Williams joined Knight Frank in May 2019 as Associate Director within the NSW Valuations & Advisory team.
