A licensed appraiser (IRAS) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), Michelle started her career at Knight Frank in 2003 as a valuer.
In the course of her work, she has valued most of the asset classes such as residential, commercial, industrial, places of worship, medical suites and other specialist properties. They include valuations for the purposes of mortgage, sale and purchase, collective sales, public listing, financial reporting, lease renewals and litigation.
