Michael Schuh

Michael has 30 years of experience in a range of property markets across Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and specialises in major institutional and mortgage security valuations in the commercial and retail sectors, market review advice / determinations, advisory/strategy services and expert witness reports. On a day to day basis he provides mentoring to staff undertaking commercial, industrial and retail valuations for mortgage security purposes across most price sectors. He sits on the API Development Valuation Advisory Committee for improving Australian development valuation standards and until 2018 sat on the RICS Australian Valuation Professional Group.
