Michael specialises in Industrial/Commercial Sales and Leasing in the Hunter & surrounding areas of NSW. He also specialises in land sales and mixed use residential property. Michael has extensive experience in commercial lease negotiation being involved in some of Newcastle's largest lease & pre-lease transactions in the region. He has also brokered on and off market sale transactions in an array of asset types from commercial freehold property to mixed-use development sites.
