Martin commenced as a valuer at Knight Frank Valuations & Advisory Canberra in early 2012 after 11 years with other leading valuation practices in the ACT and NSW.
Martin’s experience in recent years has focussed on valuation advice pertaining to a range of commercial valuations up to $300M, as well as retail and industrial valuations and developments in the ACT and NSW. Other assignments include fair value valuations for Government institutions, consultancy advice to local investors, developers and institutions, Lease Variation Charge (LVC) valuations and market rent reviews.
Martin was awarded Young Achiever of the Year (API – ACT Division) in 2014. He currently serves on the API Divisional Council (ACT Division) where he chaired the CPD Committee from 2014 to 2016. Martin has also sat on the API’s Australian Valuation Standards Committee since 2016 and has assisted with the preparation of the Property Council of Australia office vacancy statistics since 2012.
