Mark Evans is a proprietary partner, and Head of Knight Frank’s Regional Residential Development teams at Knight Frank. He is well established as the point person for all aspects of development, from site acquisition and product mix consultancy on to new homes sales.
Mark has acquitted a wealth of experience spanning 25 years in major residential development and investment projects throughout the UK. Specialist areas include Birmingham and the Midlands and Bristol.
Mark has experience across all aspects of development and is experienced in acting for a variety of different clients, including developers, private landowners and public sector. A significant amount of his experience is advising landowners on brownfield development across the Midlands and South West. As a result, he has extensive knowledge of key developers specialising in high-end developments.
