Kelly West started at Knight Frank on Monday 25th July, and is the Retail Manager for Queensland covering the HomeCo/HealthCo portfolio for Logan, Marsden, Everton Park and Chermside. In this position, Kelly will professionally manage the designated portfolio of Home Consortium shopping/retail centres, in line with all client and Knight Frank Australia (KFA) requirements and expectations. This involves establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.
Kelly comes to Knight Frank with a sports retail management background at Puma. Kelly worked at Puma for nine years, starting as a casual sales associate in 2013 and progressing into the Melbourne Head Office as Area Manager in 2017. In this position, Kelly managed 12 Puma retail stores (250+ staff) across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, with the key responsibilities of; performance management, recruitment, store standards, operational requirements, marketing, executing promotional activities, auditing, project management, new store openings and stocktakes. Although Kelly has spent the majority of her professional career in sports retail management, Kelly also completed her Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood in 2013, and Diploma of Interior Design in 2010.
Kelly is excited to start this new chapter, surrounded by family, friends and wonderful new colleagues.
