Justin joined the Valuation Office Agency ﴾VOA﴿ in 2003 where he successfully gained membership of the RICS. He worked in both local and national taxation departments providing valuations on all property classes for rating, capital gains and inheritance tax purposes.
Justin undertakes valuations for all asset classes across the UK for a range of clients on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. In particular, he co‐ordinates the management of number funds including the BMW Pension Scheme, The Fidelity International Fund, the AEW UK Core Fund, the AEW South East Office Fund and the AEW REIT UK Plc Fund.
