Jenny Emerson joined Knight Frank in March 2018, working initially in the New Homes team, specialising in new build developments, across London. Jenny has been involved with sales at small boutique schemes through to large scale multi-phased development, with notable regeneration schemes including Royal Wharf (Ballymore) and Wood Wharf (Canary Wharf Group).
In 2021, Jenny moved across to join the Development Land Valuations team and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022 after passing her APC.
Jenny’s focus is development schemes within central London and the Home Counties. She has experience of undertaking valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes for a wide range of clients, including all forms of lending institutions, housing associations and developers.
Jenny’s key clients include HSBC, Octopus Real Estate, OakNorth, L&Q and Notting Hill Genesis.
