Jack has been at Knight Frank since 2012 (qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2014) and is a Partner in the South East and Greater London Offices team advising landlords and tenants across Greater London and the South East. Advice includes:
- Development consultancy, office design and pre-let campaigns;
- Freehold (or long-leasehold) vacant possession acquisitions and disposals on behalf of owner occupiers and investors;
- Office agency (lease negotiation);
- Tenant representation (lease re-structuring and negotiation).
Landlord clients include the UK and overseas funds and institutions, private investors and public sector bodies. Jack has also advised a range of occupiers across a variety of sectors.
Jack has advised on over 100 transactions over the past 5 years (as at Jan-20), totalling 1.35M sq ft of office space either acquired or disposed of.
