Irene Pastor is a Senior Research Analyst in the UK Build to Rent (BTR) sector, which includes Multifamily, Co-living and Single Family Housing.
She conducts extensive research and data analysis to produce consultancy reports for clients, who are normally investors and developers in the BTR market. Irene is also experienced in presenting the key findings of her analysis to clients. Additionally, she produces research reports to support the BTR Agency and Valuation teams.
Irene also contributes to the production of research publications such as the quarterly BTR Market Updates, which are widely recognised and admired.
