About
Emma joined Knight Frank in 2020 and has over five years of experience in Retail & Leisure markets. Working within the Commercial Research team, she has delivered data-led insights into consumer, occupier and investment trends across high street, shopping centre, retail park, leisure and foodstore assets. Her work has underpinned many high-profile transactions and informed portfolio strategies for clients such as NewRiver, Landsec and DTZ, via Knight Frank's Agency, Capital Markets and Valuation teams.

Emma has also delivered bespoke consultancy projects, including town centre health checks and location strategy for international retailers entering the UK market. Her thought leadership has featured in many of Knight Frank’s flagship reports, including 'Foodstores: A Feeding Frenzy' and 'Retail Renaissance', contributing new research on emerging themes such as ESG and AI.

Having progressed from Analyst to Associate within the research team, Emma is now a Graduate as she undertakes her commercial APC.
