In the past twelve years he has negotiated sales of more than 300 properties, collectively worth around $2 billion to institutional and high net worth local and offshore Asian investors. An excellent communicator, Dominic speaks fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay and can provide a unique platform for property owners who want to target both Asian and local investors. His ability to understand the needs of his vendors and buyers has helped him achieve top results by utilising Knight Frank’s extensive active Asian investor database of over 3,000 buyers. Dominic visits China on average six times a year to meet with the potential purchasers and to keep them up to date with Australian market and offerings. Dominic has a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Mississippi, USA and 10 year working experience in the Malaysian Stock Exchange. He was Vice President of the publicly listed OSK.
