David Love

David is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte, and holds a BCom and LLB (Hons First) with a distinction in Land Law, Equity and Trusts. He has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate investment sector. David is the former CFO of ING REIM (UK), CFO/COO UK of CBRE Global Investors and has considerable knowledge of real estate financial and operational processes, fund and asset structuring, insurance, tax, legal, risk and compliance. He has arranged in excess of $6bn of debt for clients, including a CMBS issuance, and is a contributing author to Real Estate Finance: Law, Regulation and Practice. David is a non-executive director of GRIT Real Estate Income Group and a former non-executive director of the Welcome Break Group.
