Clem Stack

Clem joined Knight Frank in 2021 and boasts a background in Commercial and Residential Property Valuation. In 2022, Clem transitioned to the Queensland Capital Markets team and is responsible for assisting the core team deliver high-quality marketing material and superior client service during the sale campaign process. Clem provides analytical support throughout the sale process, which includes analytical advice to the agency team and potential purchasers. Clem also run’s updated feasibility throughout the campaign to test the veracity of purchaser's objections.
