Chris is a Partner within the Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory Victoria, with responsibility for development and construction finance valuations, and specialist assets.
Chris commenced his career in valuation in 1986 and has been in the private sector since 1989. He has nearly 40 years’ experience operating in the Victorian market. During this period, he has been involved in the valuation of commercial, industrial, and retail property in the Melbourne CBD and greater metropolitan area, from major CBD office buildings, major distribution facilities and large format complexes, through to specialised service stations, fast food outlets and mixed-use apartment development projects. He has also been involved in the property development, acquisition, and funds management sectors in the residential and commercial markets.
Over the last 30 years, Chris has held Senior Director positions in major valuation practices. He is on the Board of Examiners and the President’s Panel of Determining Valuers at the API. Chris has provided expert witness evidence in matters before the Federal Courts, County Court, Supreme Court and VCAT.
