Charlie is a Chartered Surveyor within the Residential Investment team and specialises in the disposal and acquisition of Operational Build-to-Rent assets.
Since joining the Residential Investment Team in 2021, he has been an integral part of the market leading team successfully closing several landmark deals. Charlie also brings additional equity raising experience from his previous role at Knight Frank Capital Advisory.
