Andrew Stallan is the Regional Property Manager located in Townsville, North Queensland with the SCA Portfolio of Retail Properties. Andrew leads an expert team in the Management of Retail Property in North Queensland, ensuring delivery of end to end management services and ensuring that the Clients assets are protected and enhanced, delivering on key Strategies for these assets. Andrew has recently joined Knight Frank after ending a tenure with Stockland as the Centre Manager, on a large Retail Asset, a joint venture partnership with AMP.
Andrew has over 20 years experience in Retail Property and has previously worked for Knight Frank for approx. 8 years as a Director with the Knight Frank Townsville business. Andrew has also worked for firms inclusive of Dexus Property Group, Stockland, JLL amongst others.
Andrews key achievements lie in the delivery of over $400m in Retail Redevelopments through the years, inclusive of foodcourt redevelopments, and the addition of Fashion Malls, inclusive of relocation of Major tenants in established malls, and in fully operating Assets.
Andrew is a safety first Manager, and is a believer in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Key Stakeholders, ensuring the customer experience is paramount.
