Alison is a highly experienced Property and Operations Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Property & Facility Management arena.
Alison has previously worked in the establishment and operation of two of Irelands most significant management companies, these being the IFSC (Phase 1 & Phase 2) and Grand Canal Harbour Estate management company.
Alison has also worked with CBRE to manage State Street Bank’s 173,000sq.ft facility at Sir John Roberson's Quay. Alison is presently managing a number of prestigious portfolios of approximately 22 properties in the Dublin 2 / 4 areas.
Alison is accomplished in all service charge administration and also has extensive experience in the set-up and operational aspect of both Estate and Building Management Companies.
