Karen Bowes joins us from the Consumer Banking & Payments division at Barclays, where she was HR Managing Director. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Capital One where she was instrumental in developing their UK and international HR functions.
With the depth of her experience and communication style, we are confident Karen is well suited to our culture and ways of working. She will provide important strategic advice to the GEB as we continue to develop our culture and strategy to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best people.
