Why is the area up and coming?

The ongoing rejuvenation of the Pusat Bandar Damansara commercial centre with mixed-use components, coupled with the new rail infrastructure development, will breathe added life and excitement into this property hotspot.

My favourite bits

The eateries at Plaza Batai and Plaza Damansara are a big part of the reason why Lonely Planet has cited Damansara Heights as one of the world’s coolest neighbourhoods. The Huckleberry Bakery and Café’s burnt cheesecake is sinfully good and impossible to resist.

Who’s buying?

The city’s elite and upper-class families are drawn to this low-density neighbourhood with its luxury landed residences and limited high-rise residential schemes. Upcoming schemes continue to garner interest from buyers based in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore, the US, Australia, the UK, Germany and other European countries.

What will my money buy me?

Condominiums and serviced residences of between 1,500 sq ft and 1,900 sq ft in new projects such as AIRA Residence and Pavilion Damansara Heights are priced at about M$2.8 million to M$3 million each, while bungalows in the neighbourhood command prices from about M$5 million.
