Why is it primed for growth?
The city of Tauranga has experienced exponential growth over the past decade with the popularity of its beachside suburbs increasing too. Tauranga forms part of the “Golden Triangle”, along with Auckland and Hamilton, to which it is closely connected. The recent completion of a highway to the south will aid further development in the area.
