I’ve seen first-hand how moving people across networks enhances seamless collaboration and builds stronger relationships. My first overseas move was in 2014 when, after three years of working in the Chelsea office, I was granted the opportunity to relocate to the Dubai office. Within four years, the team there quadrupled and I was offered the amazing chance to be the Head of Residential for Asia Pacific in Singapore in 2017.

Having lived and worked in three different continents, I’ve seen the huge advantages there are in understanding different cultures and ways of doing business. I’ve built up a fantastic network of close contacts around the world and undoubtedly deliver a better service to my clients as a result.

My two young sons are now at school in Singapore and studying Mandarin – certainly not a skill they would have developed if we’d stayed in London!
