I came to work in the property industry purely by chance – a decade later, I’m still here and enjoying it more every day!

Being a good communicator is really important to a successful property career; you need to have empathy and integrity when handling your clients, your colleagues and yourself. Knight Frank bestows a trust in its employees that enables us to flourish and challenge our capabilities. Since joining five years ago, my accomplishments include spending two years in China, running 1M sqft-plus transactions and handling the real estate portfolios of global brands. It’s empowering to know that I have the full support of my colleagues around the global network behind me.

When it comes to the property industry, there’s no end to the progression that you can make. My advice would be to find out which area you’re passionate about, put in the hard work and go for it!
