When applying for the Student Program at university, I took the opportunity to link my interest in property with my career choices. I’ve always had a passion for all things property, especially in terms of design and development, so it’s been great to pursue this through my studies and set myself up for a future in the industry.

There were two key factors that attracted me to the Student Program. The rotational set-up was one – it gives you a valuable opportunity to experience a range of roles within the business and develop your all-important networking skills and contacts. Secondly, finishing it in the final year gives you direction right at that point where you need to make a decision about next steps.

I feel very lucky to have secured a job in a business with such a vibrant and welcoming culture. It’s exciting to know you have a challenging role and that it’s up to you to make the most of all the opportunities to progress both professionally and personally.
