1st District

The heart of Vienna offers many attractive sights and breath-taking historic buildings. Discover special places such as the Vienna State Opera, the beautiful Royal Palace with marvelous gardens, the lovely shopping street Kärntnerstraße, famous pedestrian area Kohlmarkt and Graben with luxury stores and Gourmet restaurants rewarded with Michelin stars and Gault Millau awards. Fine art is exhibited in Albertina museum as well as in the Natural History Museum and Museum of Art History.

2nd District

In the 2nd district the famous quarter Karmeliterviertel offers a wide selection of international bistros and food stands reflecting the calmness and relaxing atmosphere of the beautiful metropolis Vienna. Augarten park is either excellent for jogging, relaxing or enjoying Viennese coffee in one of the small bistros. Especially in summer the area is highly popular and appreciated due to its artistic scene comprising concerts and outdoor cinema.

3rd District

The beautiful third district is very close to the city center of Vienna and to fabulous public infrastructure and a mall. The central location invites to enjoy a perfect combination between city life, leisure activities and relaxation. The City Park, museums, traditional coffee houses, bars and exquisite restaurants are in close vicinity. Landstraßer Hauptstraße has a selection of nice shops and restaurants and is also a pleasant living area close to many schools and green spaces.

4th District

Beautiful Belvedere castle, park and botanical garden are situated in the 4th district of Vienna. The baroque church Karlskirche and the technical university are in close vicinity to the biggest Viennese subway station Karlsplatz just a few steps away from the city center. The popular food market Naschmarkt is definitely a must see of the area offering international food, trendy bars and a weekly flea market also offering antiques.

6th District

The 6th district of Vienna is a very lively area with a wide selection of exotic restaurants, start-ups and vintage shops. The aqua terra zoo in Esterhazypark and the biggest shopping street Mariahilferstraße as well as Museumsquartier where nice restaurants, coffee shops, a small theatre and two museums are located are hotspots.

8th District

In the heart of the city, Vienna’s Josefstadt is located west of the 1st district, adjacent to Wiener Ringstraße with numerous prestigious buildings, palaces and parks. The location is captivating with its magnificent buildings and excellent cultural and gastronomic offerings.

9th District

Servitenviertel is a charmingly authentic and historic quarter of the 9th district attracting with delicately arranged boutiques, fine gourmet restaurants and exclusive Viennese chocolate shops. In the 1900s famous star architect Otto Wagner designed some architectural masterpieces in the neighborhood, contributing to its unique atmosphere and beautiful impressions.

10th District

Quartier Belvedere is one of the new urban developments in Vienna and features numerous parks and gardens, excellent local amenities, a wide selection of restaurants, various cultural attractions such as museums nearby. Vienna’s new railway station, tram and subway station is just a few steps away.

13th District

Hietzing is one of Vienna’s most noble and calm residential areas. Schloss Schönbrunn, former palace and summer residence of the royal family Habsburg is one of the top sights in Vienna. Magnificent flower, rose gardens and woods are covering the royal area. Exciting tours in the labyrinth, castle or in the zoo are attracting many Austrians, as well as relaxing in the park area, going for a walk or enjoying the lovely atmosphere in one of the royal coffee shops. The modern technical museum is approx. 750 m away from the imperial palace.

18th District

Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark comprising a lovely castle and beautiful gardens, bordering the famous Vienna Woods. The whole area is well known for various leisure activities. Either enjoying a walk in nature, gaze at the animals held in the castle garden or doing a sporting activity in the beautiful Viennese forest. Public bus transportation is nearby and in approx. 1 km are traditional Viennese wine cellars, serving Austrian dishes and excellent regional wine. Neustift am Walde is famous for its lovely decorated small houses, gardens, vineyards and viticulture holding summer parties highly attracted and enjoyed by residents from all over Vienna.

19th District

Grinzing is a very lovely green quarter, almost village like - of the 19th district, the much sought after district is known for its villas, wine taverns called “Heurigen” were Viennese vineyard owners sell their produced wine. The residential Viennese district is enriched by many vineyards, lovely green hills and parks. Fabulous views over Vienna and many green spaces can be used for relaxation. From there various hiking routes lead to lovely small villages in the charming surrounding areas and outskirts of Vienna.
