London, UK - Knight Frank’s Capital Markets team in London is to second Alex Foshay from Central London Investment to the New York office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as of March 2015.
Alex will take up a high level secondment position as Senior Managing Director within the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Markets group at their office on Park Avenue.
In New York Alex will work closely with Jimmy Kuhn (President) and David Colen (Managing Director, Capital Markets). Alex will continue to liaise with and report to Stephen Clifton, Knight Frank’s Head of Central London. His main responsibilities will be New York investment sales, equity placement and the management of US relationships and outbound capital into the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

In this new role, he will be in prime position to use his expertise with the key American investment and development businesses which invest internationally today.”
Alex is a Partner within the Knight Frank Central London Capital Markets team and has advised on transactions in excess of £6bn since 2010. He has significant experience in major international marketing campaigns and investment acquisitions, working with clients such as Blackstone, Land Securities, Deutsche Asset and Wealth management, Lai Sun Development, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Northwood Investors.
