Our latest New York Insight report shows demand for these homes from high-net-worth individuals is strengthening, with 1 in 3 international buyers from our Global Buyer Survey willing to pay a premium for these properties.  

It’s easy to see why. Along with amenities and services on a par with a 5 star hotel, in these uncertain times branded residences are easier to purchase compared to potentially disruptive property chains. Plus, the homes offer the latest technology, energy efficiency, state of the art security and can be designed to suit your tastes.

The Towers of The Waldorf Astoria, Manhattan, New York
